Feedback and prayer requests

Members send feedback, testimonies and prayer requests under the church's categories, optionally anonymously, and follow the church's response.

Sub-categories keep their integer id because the installed apps read it.

Parameters

sub_category	uuid	Yes	A sub-category uuid from feedback-categories.
message	string	Yes	The feedback text.
type	integer	No	1 feedback (default), 2 testimony.
is_anonymous	boolean	No	When true, the member's phone is not stored with the feedback.

The member's own feedback (sent with their phone), newest first. type is 1 feedback, 2 testimony; status is 0 open, 2 assigned, 1 closed; response is the church's reply or null.
